Collection of Non Personal Information

You acknowledge and agree to allow Spatial View to collect and use your personal information to operate and improve the Site, to process your transactions, to provide customer service, to perform research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and technologies, and to display content that is customized to your interests and preferences.

You also acknowledge and agree to allow Spatial View to use your personal information to communicate with you. Spatial View may send transaction-related communications that are not promotional in nature such as welcome letters that will verify username and password, billing reminders, service related announcement and purchase confirmations.

Spatial View may also send you surveys or marketing communications to inform you of new products or services, advertisements, newsletters, special promotions, other marketing materials or other information that may be of interest ("Marketing Emails"). Users must opt in during their registration process before they receive any Marketing Emails.

Disclosure of your Personal Information

Spatial View will not sell or rent your personal information to any other party without your consent. However, you agree that Spatial View may disclose your personal information in the circumstances set out below.

1. Spatial View may be required by law to disclose personal information without your consent in the event of emergency situations or when required by government or other legal authority.
2. Spatial View may also disclose personal information to third parties in connection with a corporate re-organization, merger or amalgamation, or the sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided that the personal information disclosed continues to be used for the purposes permitted by this Privacy Policy by the entity acquiring this information.
3. Spatial View may share your personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf. If you do not wish to receive Marketing Emails, you may follow the "unsubscribe" instructions included within each e-mail communication or by sending an e-mail to privacy@spatialview.com. Please keep in mind that, if you choose not to receive Marketing Emails, you will continue to receive transactional or account communications related to services or products that you have requested on the Site (e.g. service related announcements, confirmation e-mails, billing reminders).

Safeguards we have in Place

Spatial View employs reasonable managerial and technical measures to ensure that your personal information is secure. In addition, our dedicated team of information technology professionals works to maintain data accuracy and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information. The Internet, however, is not a secure medium and you acknowledge and agree that the privacy of your e-mail communication and personal information can never be guaranteed as any e-mail communication may be lost, intercepted or altered.

Children

Minors in the country, province or state in which they live, can only use this Site with the approval of a parent or guardian. If Spatial View becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected the information of a minor it will delete it.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

You acknowledge and agree that Spatial View may change this policy as new services are added or old ones are changed. Such changes will be effective when a notice of the change is posted on the Site.
